张捍卫:男,1967.10,博士,二级教授,博士研究生和硕士研究生导师。河南省高层次C类人才,河南省杰出青年基金获得者,河南省高校优秀中青年骨干教师,河南省教育厅学术技术带头人。2004年12月毕业于中国科学院大学,获地球物理专业理学博士学位。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目3项,专项基金项目1项。参与国家自然科学基金重点项目1项,专项基金项目1项。主持河南省科技创新人才项目1项。主要从事空间测地技术(GPS和VLBI等)的理论与应用研究。
