苏天,博士/博士后,硕士研究生导师,鸢都产业领军人才(培育)入选者,全国创新创业优秀博士后。主要从事低碳利废建材改性技术、绿色建筑及绿色施工技术、智能监测与结构健康管理等方面的研究工作。先后主持中国博士后科学基金、鸢都产业领军人才项目、教育部重点实验室开放基金重点项目等课题10余项,在本领域著名期刊《Chemical Engineering Journal》、《Construction and Building Materials》、《Journal of Building Engineering》、《Journal of Materials in Civil Engineering》、《ACI Structural Journal》等发表学术论文40余篇(其中SCI/EI检索论文39篇)。首位获中国发明协会创业奖创新奖二等奖1项、中国商业联合会科学技术二等奖1项、山东省高层次人才创业大赛(北京赛区)三等奖1项、淄博市人才创业大赛一等奖1项。指导学生获批国家级创新训练项目4项,省级创新训练项目2项。
